For fun comparison: I bought something on the CZP website, and wanted to add something that wasn't listed on the site. I was busy (read:lazy) and just emailed him later that day about it. I received three emails within a 14 hour window addressing my concern, the cost (before charging it), and getting everything updated.
I'm no bandwagon customer; I just stick with what makes me happy - great prices, healthy product selection and exceptional customer service.
